Highline Technical Innovations Secures 15,000 Square Foot Facility

FARMINGTON, AR--(Marketwire - May 18, 2011) - Highline Technical Innovations (PINKSHEETS: HLNT) announced it has signed a purchase agreement for a 15,000 square foot facility in Prairie Grove, Arkansas. The building will serve as the new home of the corporate offices and manufacturing plant of HTI. The company reported that the facility will enable HTI to increase its manufacturing capabilities to fulfill continually growing product demand. HTI planned the move of the corporate offices into the same site with the manufacturing plant to effectively manage business growth and ensure the highest quality of its product lines. In addition, the facility has the required space for the assembly and storage of the HOSS utility terrain vehicles that arrive from joint venture partner, Dong Feng Motors. HTI CEO Charlton Coats stated, "We have been in search for some time for a viable location to move all company operations under one roof. This facility enables us to streamline the manufacturing process while maintaining the highest levels of quality of our products that go out the door. We selected this location because of its size, floor plan and very favorable terms of purchase."
